This is my review of Lead Simplify and how you can automate your lead generation business
I have been using Lead Simplify since Mike first introduced in about the back end of 2018. The reason I jumped on board was because I had been using Mikes other amazing product Magic Page Plugin for nearly a year and had seen the massive changes and enhancements that had gone through and new Lead Simplify would be no different, I certainly wasn’t proved wrong.
Automated Form Lead Collection, Distribution & Sales System
I first started using Lead Simplify it was a good product but everything was done by forms. You basically added lead buyers into your system selected the industry they were in and the area of the country that they covered and therefore wanted to receive leads from. When a visitor came to your site and completed a form it is automatically assigned to the lead buyers who cover the area that form has been generated in. The lead buyers then each got a text message and an email to let them know a new lead had just been added to the system. They then could either have the system set up so that they automatically purchased the lead or they could log in to the system and purchase the lead. You can literally have lead buyers in as many niches as you want and sell the leads to them all on complete autopilot. Lead Simplify also has an included drag and drop form builder which when I first started using it was very basic, but as with the rest of the system it has now grown to be an awesome tool. You can create multi-step forms, change backgrounds, fonts etc. Once the form is created its a simple task of adding the iFrame to any of your sites and as the leads come in they will be added to the system and automatically allocated to your lead buyers.Automated Call Tracking, Recording, Routing & Sales System
Lead Simplify was upgraded with an automated Call tracking and dynamic routing feature which is the only one of its kind in the world. As you know all call tracking software will allow you to redirect a call to multiple lead buyers and the fastest one to answer gets the job. BUT lead Simplify took it a lot further. It is the only call tracking software that will allow a caller to speak or type in their zip/postcode ad then be redirected to the right contractor automatically. So you could have a national site or sites with one number. A caller rings up you can ask them to say their postcode for the Uk or type in their zipcode for USA and the others that have numeric post codes. Then the system will automatically assign the call to those lead buyers in the area of the postcode entered. No other call tracking software does that. But it didn’t stop there. Your site might be a multi industry site i.e Plumber, Electrician etc within Lead Simplify you can ask the caller to select the desired trade and again in the background the caller will be forwarded to the lead buyer who qualify . How awesome is that. It also has an option so that the receiving caller has to press 1 to accept the call, which means it will go to the contractor who actually answers the phone and not a voice mail. Unlike other call tracking softwares where you are limited to 5 or 6 phones to redirect to with Lead Simplify you can redirect to 100s if you want or you can just send all calls to one number. The calls can be charged for automatically based on how long the call lasted so no having to check call records to work out billing.PAYG Prepay Credit System
This is what makes Lead Simplify even more unique the pay as you go top up system makes everything fully automatic. To be able to buy leads your lead buyer has to have credits on the system. I have mine setup so that the more the lead buyer spends on top up the cheaper it becomes. i.e if they top up with £500 they get the leads 50% cheaper than if they topped up with £100. Once their credit runs out they have to buy more credits if they want to continue to get leads from the system. An upgrade to the system will email a lead buyer every time they missed a lead due to having no credits in the system, just a little nudge to get them to come back and top up. As the leads are paid for upfront then this makes it really hands off as you don’t have to go in and count up how many leads each lead buyer has received that month then work out how much he owed you send him an invoice and hope you get paid. When there credits ran out they topped up ready for the next load of leads. As the credits never expire the lead buyer is not paying and then not getting anything in return.
