Lead Simplify V2 Analytics And Reports

| |

Overview

Keith presented updates to Lead Simplify V2 analytics and reporting, covering performance views, buyer and industry analysis, missed calls, unsold forms, and downloadable PDF reports.

Analytics Updates

  • Dashboard analytics show 213 leads, 52 buyers, active industries, credits, and leads received during selectable periods of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year.
  • Buyer views show active buyers and, for each selected buyer, leads purchased, spend, credit balance, leads offered and accepted, spending over time, and leads received in the selected period.
  • Industry and niche views show leads received, leads sold, buyers, and sale dates. Missed-call views cover answered and missed calls, call times, niches, and reasons such as calls being too short or having no buyer.

Reporting Features

  • Report settings support a custom logo, brand colour, report title, introduction and closing text, postcode or ZIP display, and optional lead pricing.
  • Buyer reports can be filtered by buyer and date, include multiple niches, show pricing where enabled, and identify disputed, accepted, or rejected leads. Reports can be downloaded as PDFs.
  • Industry reports show which contractors or buyers purchased leads for a selected industry and can also be downloaded as PDFs.

Planned Enhancement

  • Unsold forms are currently ordered by date. A postcode or ZIP sorting option is planned to help identify nearby leads, such as CA 13, CA 10, L 30, and CA 16, and find buyers more quickly.
  • Which additional analytics or reporting improvements should be considered?
